I’m 20 years young.
My whole life I never worried about my weight. I weighed 115 pounds and loved my body. I ate whatever I wanted and I only worked out when I wanted my stomach to look a little more toned before a beach trip.
When I got to college, it didn’t take me long to fall into poor habits of little to no sleep, along with eating junk. Keep in mind, I still wasn’t working out. Before I knew it, I had gained almost 50 pounds. This is where I am today. This blog is dedicated to my weight loss journey along with some fitspo/thinspo.
My current workout plan is insanity by beachbody.
I don’t eat dairy products (other than a little skim milk poured into my daily bowl of oatmeal with blueberries (try it…it’s life changing), or products containing gluten (both make my stomach hurt.) I try very hard to stay away from corn as well. I have one cheat day a week, and I am a member of weight watchers.
