so, here is a tip for all of you out there who struggle with hunger pains. I have been taking benefiber, the kind in the packets that you mix in with a bottle of water, and I haven’t been hungry all day! It tastes really yummy, curbs my appetite, and makes me go poop. i keep gaining and losing the same 3 pounds. 1 morning, i’ll weigh in at 153.2, then the next at 156.2. Any tips?

anyways, I’m hungry and its wayyy too late to eat. The only thing I ate today was a pb&j sandwich. Let me go drink some benefiber and go to bed.
I my dinner at red lobster made me gain weight :(. This morning I was back at 156. So far, I’ve had some water and 8 wheat thins. I’m going to go buy some fiber stuff later. Does anyone else take/drink fiber supplements?
