How do girls in sororities stay so skinny?
when i see them at work, i just want to cry.
Day 1 Today was not that bad. 1 can cherry coke 2 ounces cookies and creme frozen yogurt 10 dark chocolate chips pad thai 3 cups of green tea total was 500 calories. I also worked a 6 hour shift today and went for a walk this morning so I know I am at 400 calories or less.
ALSO, a tip…. IDK how many of you are in college, but fruit is E-X-P-E-N-S-I-V-E. I have found that you can buy bags of frozen fruit, defrost it, and eat it like normal fruit. Its a great snack :] One cup has only 80 calories.
So I kind of failed at the ABC diet. I lost 5 pounds, celebrated, but then fell off schedule and started swapping the fruit for doughnuts. Why I did that? idk. But I am going to start over, but I’m stitching to the Skinny Girl Diet I was only on day 7 anyways… I promise that this time I will work out, and I promise that I will stick to the calorie goal as closely as possible. my scale said 157 today. I had cake yesterday, and I didn’t work out, and now the scale is punishing me for it. I’ll be good today.

didnt weigh myself this morning… i was in a rush. also didn’t eat very well today. 2 slices of pizza and some mandarin chicken and rice for dinner. BUUUUUUT i went rock climbing today. and i had 3 bottles of water even though i was out on the road all day. i’m so soreeeeee oh well. tomorrow is a new day. looking forward to all of my new adventures. :]]
has anyone done vigorous exercise while doing the abc diet? I reallyyyyy want to do insanity or maybe start running, but I don’t want to pass out, you know?
