I ran/walked a 5k yesterday. I was so proud of myself because I pushed through and didn’t stop until my Nike plus thing said 3.1 miles. But now I’m super sore… No regrets though. Have a great day!
Today was my weight watchers weigh in day, and I weighed in at 153.5. First of all, I can’t remember the last time I weighed in that low. Second of all, I’m glad I still lost half a pound even though I ate like trash this week. (it was my birthday) I’m really enjoying weight watchers because of how easy it is. I have 12 points left for the day so I am treating myself to a scoop...
154. I’ve weighed myself once or twice over the past few weeks and it’s always read that number! My new goal is to be in the 140’s by the time I go home for summer break! I love weight watchers!
So, update on my life… I’ve lost 5 pounds this month thanks to my new birth control and eating more fruits :)
